France – Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) services for construction – HYODE- Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA) services and hazard study for the installation and operation of an offshore hydrogen production station

Drafting, support, and preparation of the necessary documents for submitting a request for a single authorization associated to projects in the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ), including environmental impact study files, Natura 2000 impact assessments, and applications for derogation concerning protected species and its support during the examination and consultation phase, until its issuance for one to two offshore wind projects. The candidate must demonstrate their ability to address the identified themes and expertise required for the successful completion of the single authorization request. This capability can be justified either independently or in a consortium. The need for support from expert consulting firms on certain themes must be specified. Note: Final specifications to be provided at further stage; the contract may be slightly revised as a result.
