Norway – Software package and information systems – System for two-way notifications for emergency preparedness purposes

Vestland County Council shall procure a system for two-way notification of and between staff for use in upper secondary schools. The system shall use existing mobile phones and serve as a platform/application for sending and receiving notifications relevant to emergency preparedness and safety. The system shall, if possible, be able to integrate with locking and control systems in buildings operated by the county.
