Netherlands – Miscellaneous networking software development services – Open educational resources (OER) and open courseware (OCW) platform

TU Delft is currently exploring options for IT services to configure, test, extend and take into production a platform for sharing open educational resources (OER) and open e-learning experiences - open courseware (OCW). This ‘OCW-OER’ platform will mainly consist of two components: a repository (current target: Dspace) and a courseware component (Moodle or Xerte, to be determined). The purpose of this market consultation is to gather data that will assist us in:: - The further selection of technologies that we will use for the platforms - The type, scope and approach of the Tender procedure - The partners that we will invite to the Tender procedure
