Sula municipality intends to enter into a contract with Framsikt AS for the delivery of a cloud based licence for analysis, financial plan, annual budget, reporting, police tool tool and municipal plan. Based on internet based investigations and dialogues with other municipalities, Sula municipality has not found alternative licences that cover the municipality ́s needs to the same degree. The supplier Framsikt AS (org.nr. 913 187 512) appears as the most precautionary partner. The municipality plans to procure Framsikt Annual Budget and Financial Plan, including integration with our ERP system, Visma Enterprise, with introduction in 2026. In addition the municipality will assess the option and any implementation in 2027 for the modules for reporting, police tool tool and municipal planning.
