Ireland – Architectural services for buildings – NCAD Phase 1 Campus Development - Stage 1 to establish Single Party Frameworks for an Integrated Design Team and Quantity Surveying Services

The National College of Art and Design (NCAD) intends to procure technical consultancy services, through a restricted procedure, to establish two single party framework agreements, for the design, construction and delivery of the project known as "Phase 1" of NCAD's Campus Development Plan. The competition is in two lots - Lot 1 is for an Architect-led Integrated Design Team ((the IDT Framework) and Lot 2 is for Quantity Surveyor (QS) services (the QS Framework), together the Framework Agreements. NCAD's existing campus is located off Thomas Street, in the heart of Dublin 8, with a student population of 1600 full and part time students.
