Norway – Taxi services – Intention notice: Taxi services for Alver municipality.

Alver municipality needs to enter into a contract for the procurement of taxi services for different user groups in the municipality. The municipality has carried out market surveys that show that it is Nordhordland Taxi SA who has the capacity to deliver taxi services to that extent and with the requirements for multiple bunk linens – between anna adapted user services with reduced functional ability, as to the judge's wheelchair user – for which Alver municipality needs. The result from the market survey will be confirmed through the previous competition in connection with the former contract, where nordhordland Taxi SA was also the delivery of the tender. Based on this, it is considered that there are no real alternative suppliers who can offer taxi services in accordance with the municipality ́s needs and the current requirements for quality, availability and capacity. It is being considered that the conditions for using exceptions from competition in accordance with the public procurement regulations (FOA) § 13-4 letter b are fulfilled, as manglande competition should be seen that the tenderer is objectively able to deliver the tenesta. The contract can be signed directly with Nordhordland Taxi SA.
