Notice of Magnet Joint Qualification System (JQS), a portal for supplier qualification and which is used by buyer organisations and all operators in the energy industry to search for, assess and qualify suppliers in accordance with their respective qualification and procurement requirements. Magnet JQS is operated by Offshore Qualific, https://offshorequalific.no/en/, an organisation by and for the energy industry, with purpose to make provision for supplier qualification processes and standardised auditing services which promote safe and effective operations in the energy industry. The Buyer organisations and all operators use Magnet JQS for selection for contracts and framework agreements subject to EU procurement rules, but reserve the right to publish individual notices for special requirements where they find it necessary, even if they apply the product and service categories covered by Magnet JQS. Magnet JQS can be used for contracts that are not subject to the EU procurement rules. Enquiries may be sent by direct contact from the buyer organisation or operator. In order to have an active status in Magnet JQS, the annual service fee is required to be paid and the supplier data must be kept updated. Magnet JQS is in accordance with directive 2014/25/EU.
