Belgium – Statistical services – Study 2025-001 - Connectivity Coverage in Europe 2025-2027

The “Connectivity Coverage in Europe” service aims to monitor the digital connectivity available for EU citizens and undertakings in the framework of the Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI) and its indicators as well as the State of the Digital Decade Report. The deliverable are three annual reports on connectivity coverage at country level for the European Economic Area, as well as candidate countries for membership of the European Union with differentiations of subjects, reflecting most of the available technologies and infrastructures as described in technical specifications. The necessary scale of data and competencies for execution of this study are outside organizations core competencies, so procurement with clear requirements and evaluation criteria will ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
