Ireland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TII453 Transport Planning Framework

Transport Infrastructure Ireland (the Authority) is seeking to put in place a transport planning framework with two lots. Under Lot 1, TII is seeking to put in place a single party transport planning framework to provide transport planning, transport economics and analytics consultancy services on a range of TII national road and public transport projects including assessment of performance and needs of the existing road and light rail network. Under Lot 2, TII is seeking to put in place a single party for the provision of transport strategy, evaluation and communications consultancy services to assist in the assessment of performance and needs of the existing and future National Road and Light Rail networks, as well as in relation to TII’s work around greenways and active travel. The framework will be operated by the Strategic and Transport Planning Section of TII.
