Malta – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – SPD3/2025/020 - FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OF WARRANTED ARCHITECTS (PERITI) TO THE MINISTRY FOR GOZO AND PLANNING

This is a call for the provision of professional services of Architects (Periti) to provide support services for the entire project management cycle as indicated by the Contracting Authority that includes but not limited to the preparation and submission of permit applications to the Planning Authority, compilation of Bill of Quantities and drafting of Technical Specifications, all-inclusive project management (including provision of Bill of Quantities representing measured works, take-offs, updated drawings and provision of dated photos in both digital and hard copies), certifications, valuations, reports and any other tasks related to specific projects and/or assignments according to the exigencies of the various contracting authorities within the Ministry for Gozo and Planning, irrespective of the value of the assignments/projects.
