In order to ensure the route and customer satisfaction, Ruter monitors public transport and, if needed, strengthen the tender by calling out extra buses at short notice. The buses are called stand-by buses and they are a flexible capacity reinforcement and can be used throughout Ruter's area. See the attached tender documentation for further information.
