Ireland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Donegal CoCo is seeking services to procure an Integrated Design Team for the development of the Cathedral Quarter Park, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal.

The Cathedral Quarter Park project seeks to deliver a cohesive urban renewal project on an underutilised brownfield site in the heart of Letterkenny’s town centre, in order create a new landscape-led urban parkland, animated by a new Creative Enterprise Hub, alongside the provision of a series of integrated public spaces, and the creation of improved connectivity and permeability to adjoining streets and uses, in line with the Letterkenny 2040 Regeneration Strategy. To deliver the vision for the Cathedral Quarter Park, the Integrated Design Team shall take the project from planning consent and detailed design, through to the construction, management and handover, in order to deliver a quality development proposal for this key urban regeneration site in the heart of Donegal’s Strategic Growth Centre.
