This is notice of results and concerns the procurement: 453/27/2022 / Marketing Data Asset Management Business Finland is seeking for a new Digital Asset Management Platform to cover the needs of all of Business Finland entities. We are seeking a commercial product that provides integrations to the core systems and supports our business processes. It is essential to have a cloud-based SaaS solution that also scales for our needs and needs minimal technical maintenance from Business Finland. The purpose of the procurement is to improve efficiency with automation and modern solutions. Business Finland is running an existing solution to store assets and images. The current solution can be described as a media bank that is non-integrated and lacks modern features. The current solution also adds lots of manual effort to the content processes. The solution will be used internally in all our geographical locations, but it also has an important role in sharing content to our external stakeholders.
