The aim of the procurement is to ensure a uniform, stable and professionally responsible 24 hour institution place for a user with a compound mental and somatic disease picture, where the need for care and treatment is assessed as lifelong. The institution square shall contribute to safeguarding the user's health, quality of life and dignity, and at the same time ensure the necessary follow-up, supervision and facilitation in accordance with the current legislation and professional guidelines.
