Norway – Training services – Invitation to market dialogue - Procurement of alternative training laboratory for primary and secondary schools - from the school year autumn 2026

Trondheim municipality is preparing a procurement aimed at tenderers who can offer training outside the school ́s physical frames, so-called alternative training arenas. Trondheim municipality has offered its pupils alternative training arenas at different farms for several years, but the municipality now wants a broader spectrum of activities for its pupils, such as E-sport, outdoor activities, motorsports etc. Trondheim municipality would, thus, like information from potential tenderers so that the municipality can be better aware of what systems are available in the market and how such services can be organised in cooperation with the school. This is so that the municipality shall design the best possible tender documentation and achieve good tenders that cover the municipality ́s needs so that good services are achieved.
