Norway – Detection and analysis apparatus – Intention notice: Replacement of laboratory automation line to Vestfold Hospital.

Laboratory automation at the Central Laboratory Hospital in Vestfold was procured in 2016 and installed in 2017. The instruments that are connected to the automation are operated 24/7.After several years of operation, there is now a need to replace the automation system and analysis instruments. The replacement shall take place over a long period (2026 and 2027) and it shall be full operation in the laboratory throughout the entire process. Automation with pre-analysis, cooling archive, clinical chemistry and immune chemistry instruments shall be replaced at first. Instruments for haematology, blood smears, HbA1c and SR as well as coagulation will be announced as separate competitions at a later date. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with Roche Diagnostics Norway AS (Roche) for this procurement.
