DPS for sustainable bio-fuels shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for certified sustainable bio-fuels without palm oil, which is reported in excess of the turnover requirements including: * Pump - sustainable bio-diesel (HVO 100) including road use tax and biogas for vehicles on roads * Bulk delivery - sustainable bio-diesel (HVO 100) including road use fees and biogas for vehicles on roads * Bulk delivery - sustainable bio-diesel (HVO 100) for site machines, not including road use fees Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Improvement and Development currently has a dynamic procurement scheme (DPS) for the procurement of bio-fuel in Mercell CTM. This will be discontinued due to a transition to the new KGV. DPS for sustainable bio-fuels is a new procurement scheme that is now being established in Artifik.
