TEN2400176 - RFT for the Design, Supply and Installation of Glulam and CLT Works at Abbeylands Quarter (Phase 1), Cavan Town for Cavan County Council. Works to consist of the followng:- • Works to consist of : - Construction of a Glulam Frame complete with Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) Floors, Roofs, Internal and External Walls (complete with all necessary fixings) for a new Community Centre Office Building to accommodate a grouping of community organisations (GFA approx. 936m2). • Construction of a Glulam Frame complete with Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) Floors, Roofs, Internal and External Walls (complete with all necessary fixings) for a new Remote Working and Cultural Building to accommodate commercial and community function spaces at ground level, with flexible blend of office work models/ functions on upper floors (GFA approx. 1,333m2).
