The procurement project concerns the reengineering of public service delivery processes within Public Institution "Cadaster of Real Estate" (IP CBI) in the Republic of Moldova. The assignment is implemented under the GIZ-supported project "Attractive and Efficient Public Administration in Moldova". The key intervention areas include: a) Strengthening Strategic Governance Capacity b) Improving Civil Service Human Resources Management c) Enhancing Public Service Delivery Within the last component, it is planned to contribute to the modernization of public service delivery with the Moldovan cadaster focusing on real estate.
