Norway – Research and experimental development services – A real time evaluation of Norad’s pilot project on Strengthened support to locally led humanitarian response.

The purpose of this real-time evaluation is to generate knowledge and insights on the effectiveness of current approaches to locally led humanitarian response. The findings will inform decision making, and support results-based management and strategic follow up with partners within Norad’s humanitarian portfolio, ensuring that collaborative efforts are grounded in evidence-based best practices.
