Limerick City and County Council are seeking prices for Mechanical, and Electrical Consultant : Not limited to but including, undertake design review, provide design specifications, drawings and comments for a full Mechanical and Electrical package, provide recommendations, construction-monitoring, certification, and sign-off a 31 unit, multi storey development at Mary Street Limerick. This includes all internal services and external services such as public lighting and utility design. Note this site has subsurface archaeology, namely 900mm to 1.5-metre thick stonewalls.
