Veikkaus aims to boost its marketing capabilities by having access to a proven, professional-grade, interactive video marketing tool that enables Veikkaus content creators to produce, manage and publish engaging video-driven web user journeys. The tool is required to be offered as a fully productized web SaaS product with out-of-box deployment. In other words, no product integrations are to be needed apart from connecting to Veikkaus SSO (Single Sign-on) and adding publishing scripts or web links to Veikkaus properties. Feature-wise and functionally, Veikkaus expects the product be technically modern and meet its requirements as described in Annex: Requirements. The term of Procurement Agreement is initial term of one (1) year with auto-renewal each signing date anniversary, unless otherwise explicitly non-renewed, per the notice requirements as described in the Service Agreement.
