The structural Firefighting PPE is to be a of robust material, have high thermal protection and breathability above the minimum requirement as set down in IS EN 469 2020. The ergonomics, comfort and ability to perform tasks by firefighters while wearing the structural firefighting PPE is of great importance to Kildare County Council Fire Service.
