Norway – Railway and tramway locomotives and rolling stock and associated parts – Full service rental of locomotives

The Contracting entity intends to establish a Contract for full service rental of locomotives suitable for hauling passenger coaches. The locomotives shall be able to be used for operations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Germany. The initial operation will require 7 locomotives. The operation can be scaled over the contract period, and the operation can be extended with up to 8 locomotives (a demand of up to a total of 15 locomotives). The operation can also be decreased according to the current timetable at any time. See more information in the tender documents. The procurement follows a joint procurement procedure between Vy Norden AB, org. nr. 559363-0113 (Sweden) and Vygruppen AS, 984661177 (Norway) in accordance with FYF § 25-2(2). The Vygruppen AS and Vy Norden AB have agreed that both Parties can be contracting entity for the purposes of the Agreement both or alone, while Vygruppen AS is responsible for the implementation of the procurement in accordance with Norwegian procurement law and the Agreement shall be governed by Norwegian law.
