Norway – Construction work – Project New Government Building Complex Basement 2 with an option for the E-block - Qualification

Statsbygg would like, in connection with construction stage 2 of the Project New Government Building Complex, to implement a qualification for participants who may be interested in submitting tenders for a turnkey contract with interaction for K212 Basement 2 with an option for the E-block. Basement 2 includes the basement in a zone between the A-block and Ring 1 and Møllergata. The area is approx. 10,000 m2. Basement 2 shall be constructed in the extension of the basement established in construction stage 1 and in a completed blasted, secured and sealed construction pit established by Veidekke via their contract for Ring 1 with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. The basement areas include operational functions, areas for handling goods and waste, bicycle parking/cloakrooms, a basement under E-block and a rotund area for access to areas in Basement 2 and areas established in construction stage 1. Basement 2 will have access via a culvert from Møllergata. The bicycle parking shall be established in a zone over Ring 1 after the Norwegian Public Roads Administration has altered (lowered) Ring 1. A park and urban areas will be constructed in contract K213 Parken over K212 Basement 2. Complete description of the procurement is in the attached qualification documentation.
