Norway – Pest-control services – Pest control for the health trusts in Helse Nord

The aim of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements for service agreements and ad hoc orders for pest control including accompanying material for Finnmark Hospital Health Trust, Helgeland Hospital Trust, Nordland Hospital Health Trust, The University Hospital of North Norway Health Trust. The procurement is divided into sub-contracts, which are in the competition provisions. The estimated total annual procurement value is NOK 1,035,000, per annum excluding VAT. The estimated total maximum value for all the sub-competitions is approx. NOK 5,200,000 excluding VAT, provided that the contract period is 2+2 years (total four years). Attention is agreed that the estimate of any option is added to Mercell.Tender can be given for one, several or all sub-contracts. The contracting authority reserves the right to award a combined contract to a tenderer, where a tenderer has offered all sub-contracts and the total tender has the best relationship between price and quality in general, cf. the procurement regulations § 19-4 (5).
