Norway – Construction work – Project New Government Building Complex K213 The Park

Statsbygg would like, in connection with construction stage 2 of the Project New Government Building Complex, to implement a qualification of participants who may be interested in submitting tenders for a turnkey contract with interaction for K213 Parken.The assignment is to design the entire park from Akersgata in the west to Møllergata in the east, as well as over the portal to Ring 1, a total of 12,950 m2. Furthermore, it is a part of the construction of the first part of the park that runs from Akersgata to grubbegata, total 9,200 m2. Construction of part 2 of the park from Grubbegata to Møllergata, as well as over the portal to Ring 1, is included as an option. Other parts of the outdoor areas in the New Government Quarter project are also included as options. The same applies to the establishment of the run-down ramp, bicycle parking and contracts for operation, maintenance and care.
