Norway – Food, beverages, tobacco and related products – VOIS - Food articles - Beverages - Invitation to a market dialogue

The process for implementing a new competition has been initiated. Vestfold public procurement cooperation (VOIS) would thus like input on previous competition documents and what has happened in the market since the last announcement. The framework agreement shall cover the purchase of beverages for institutional kitchens/institutional households. As a starting point, the agreement shall not be used by schools and nurseries. Alcoholic beverages are not included in this framework agreement. Goods sold from vending machines is not a part of this framework agreement.
