Norway – Secondary school construction work – Contract award - Turnkey contract with interaction, Nye Fjell ungdomsskule

Øygarden municipality has signed a contract for the construction of the New Fjell Middle School. The project includes: A new teaching building with a strengthened department depicted in the tender documentation and function descriptions. Outdoor area adapted to a new school building and an existing building nearby. System for a heart zone, goods reception, HC parking and parking for different types of bicycles. Preparation of site with demolition of minor buildings, fences and walls. Establishment of all the necessary infrastructure connected to school buildings and outdoor areas. This includes the establishment of a new water, sewage and surface water pipeline (VAO) from the new school down to the junction Bjørkestølen - Bildøyvegen and alterations to electricity and fibre lines in Bjørkestølen. Surface water shall be fed to sea. Upgrading bjørkestølen road and part of Bildøyvegen.Removal and redevelopment of the existing VAO leases from bildøyhallen to Bildøyvegen.
