Tender Description
Scope of Service: Architectural Conservation Services including the preparation, development and delivery of fully coordinated detail design documentation, as relates to conservation aspects of project, for construction, in accordance with the Planning Grant and any other statutory conditions. These detail design documents will form part of the procurement of the overall NCRR development Main Works Contract PWCF1, but conservation works will be focused on Sub Element A (Archive and Museum) and Sub Element C (Community, Family and Parenting facilities). This project is to be delivered using Building Information Management (BIM) in compliance with the BIM Mandate for the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF). The wider design team will be working with a REVIT model but the conservation architect will not be required to interact with the model (unless desired). 2D CAD can be generated from REVIT model for use by Conservation Architects for their tender documentation.
