The scope of requirements is expected to include, but is not limited to: Provision of I.T Project Management Services including Project Managers, Project Co-Ordinators, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and any other relevant Project resources as required. The resource who will work with the Bord na Mona Project Teams will be expected to have comparable, transformation programmes with the following experience while taking ownership and being accountable for the delivery of projects: • Initiating, controlling, managing, and executing projects • Change Control assessment, management, and delivery • Risk / residual risk planning and mitigation • Stakeholder engagement, Communication • Documentation, flash reports, registers etc
