The Norwegian Seafood Council works systematically with market insights, market development, market stand-by and reputation building in selected markets around the world. The Norwegian Seafood Council also actively works in the United States, and therefore needs to follow the development of the seafood market closely. Data must be delivered as raw data and loaded into the Norwegian Seafood Council's own systems for further analysis. The Seafood Council has purchased data from Nielsen in the US since 2016. Comprehensive data structure has been carried out to adapt data to the Seafood Council's data structure.
