Trondheim municipality intends to enter into a contract with Singo Conrad Svendsen Centre for Singo Mid-Norway from 01.12. 2025.Tenderers shall submit tenders for the hearing impaired and deaf-blind with a need for long term living conditions in a sign language environment, with follow-up and guidance of sign language personnel. The tender also includes social educational guidance with the aim of an independent form of residence. Any objections to the signing must be submitted for Trondheim municipality by 19.11.2025 The agreement is a continuation of the agreement that was established in 2020Trondheim municipality does not know that there are other non-profit suppliers who can offer this service.
