Procurement of 5 laser full spectral flow cytometers for the Core Facility for Flow Cytometry at Oslo University Hospital. The core facility for Flow cytometry at the Institute for Cancer Research, Oslo University Hospital, needs to expand its existing infrastructure for spectral flow cytometry through the procurement of a new 5 laser full-spectrum analyser. The instrument shall supplement the current equipment, which includes an Aurora 5L analyser and one Aurora CS cell sorter, and is decisive for maintaining harmonised work flow and consistent data quality between the instruments. Full-spectral flow cytometry enables high-dimensional analysis of complex biological samples and supports advanced immunofenotyping, cell characterisation and functional analyses in cancer research and immunology. The new analyser must match the performance specifications of the existing Aurora systems, including spectral resolution, sensitivity and consistency in signal profiles, in order to ensure reproducibility in longitudinal and multi-instrumental studies.
