Norway – Software package and information systems – Market survey - Municipal fee system

Sandnes municipality, in cooperation with several, plans to hold a competition for the procurement of a complete municipal fee system with the following: - System for managing municipal fees/duties. - System for the management of private sewage installations. - System for administration of sanitation. - System for managing water meters. The following has an option to join the contract: 1. Stavanger municipality 2. Sola municipality 3. Randaberg municipality 4. Klepp municipality 5. IVAR IKS 6. Strand municipality 7. Hjelmeland municipality 8. Suldal municipality The aim of the procurement is to contribute to making the management of municipal fees/fees and the accompanying technical management (and authority management) as efficient as possible. The contracting authority intends to announce the competition by week 50. Sandnes municipality, in cooperation with several, would like to have a good dialogue with the market so that the competition can be carried out in the best possible way and therefore we would like their input on the tender documentation in it's entirety. Feedback will be important for the Contracting Authority organising a good and realistic competition. Presentations can also be held.
