Ireland – Construction work – Competitive Dialogue – Housing Development Opportunities in County Kildare

Kildare County Council intends to initiate a Competitive Dialogue procurement process to identify and engage with developers and landowners capable of delivering housing schemes across County Kildare. This PIN serves to inform the market of the Council’s intention and to facilitate early engagement and awareness. Scope of the Upcoming Tender The forthcoming tender will seek proposals for housing development on sites that meet the following criteria: • Located within towns or settlements across County Kildare with demonstrable housing need • Sites must have full planning permission in place • Proposals may include: o Construction of new housing units on undeveloped sites (5+ units) o Completion of partially built housing schemes (5+ units) o Refurbishment of existing housing units (5+ units)
