Switzerland – Business and management consultancy and related services – National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights 2024-2027

The overarching goal of the framework agreement is to improve the successful implementation of the measures set out in the National Action Plan for Business and Human Rights (NAP) 2024–2027 and to enhance cost efficiency. SECO and the FDFA are seeking strategic, operational, and technical support from partners with in-depth expertise in the following four thematic areas for the next few years until the end of 2027: 1) Capacity building and promotion of human rights – general aspects for all Swiss companies 2) Capacity building and promotion of human rights – specific thematic areas and priority sectors 3) Complaint mechanisms 4) Multi-stakeholder dialogue The partnership will take the form of a framework agreement starting in the fourth quarter of 2025 and ending at the end of 2027.
