Tender Description
The Municipal Council of Horten municipality has approved 17 Des 2024 the implementation of property taxes for residences and leisure homes from 2025. Furthermore, it was decided that property taxes for commercial properties were aimed at 2027. The municipality thus needs assistance with valuation of commercial properties. The property tax note shall be issued by 20.02.2027 at the latest.
