Competition to establish a single party framework for Media Buying on Behalf of Cork City Council. The procured company will be responsible for the following under the terms of the agreement: • Purchasing of printed media adverts covering all statutory notices in weekly composite advertisements in Cork based media and adverts promoting Cork City Council campaigns. • Purchasing of Radio adverting (specific to Cork local radio campaigns) • Digital Media (on an ad hoc basis, specific to PR campaigns where budget permits)
