Norway – Consultative engineering and construction services – Framework agreement for technical building consultancy services.

The Directorate of Norwegian Correctional Service is the contracting authority for the Norwegian Correctional Service ́s construction projects and Statsbygg is the builder. The Norwegian Correctional Service is, in this role, involved in a number of construction projects nationwide, both new buildings, renovation work and alterations. The Directorate of Norwegian Correctional Service needs to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer who has competence in construction engineering disciplines and project management in order to carry out assignments for the Directorate of Correctional Services. Call-offs made under the framework agreement will be carried out as assignment agreements, where the tenderer is responsible for the execution. The assignments will involve: • Project management in the early phase. • Preparation of user equipment project • Consultancy in the different phases of construction projects (from early phase until hand-over) • Cooperation with the Directorate of Public Construction and Property for the preparation of concept proposals, development plans and other public documentation. • Preparation of notes, reports and presentations for both internal and external use. • Project support in the Property Section.
