Ireland – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – T.002/2025 - Request for Tenders for the provision of End of Life Vehicles Processing and Disposal Service for An Garda Síochána

In summary, the Services comprise the provision of an End of Life Vehicle (ELV) processing and disposal service which will include the collection and transport of selected vehicles from Fleet Management Section, Garda Headquarters or other designated location to an Authorised End of Life Treatment Facility (ATF) where AGS vehicles will be disposed of in accordance with EU Directive 2000/53/EC, SI 281 of 2014 – European Union (End-of-Life Vehicles) Regulations 2014 and S.I. No. 532/2023 - European Union (End-of-Life Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations 2023. In addition to Services it is intended that the contract will include the supply of Goods, where selected vehicle components removed from AGS and other compatible vehicles undergoing the ELV process will be made available to the AGS vehicle service, repair and maintenance network (see Annex 1) at an agreed discount to market value.
