North Macedonia – Motor vehicles – Supply of special purpose vehicles and equipment for the State Transport Inspectorate

The contract aims to enhance the State Transport Inspectorate’s institutional capacity by providing a fleet of specially marked, modified, and equipped vehicles. This fleet includes vans, crossover vehicles, large SUVs, and pick-ups. In addition to the vehicles, the contract also covers specialized measuring equipment such as vehicle smoke emission analysers, portable scales for administrative weighting, EOBD readers, dosimeters (radiation level meters), pyrometers/laser thermometers, and indoor and outdoor waterproof car thermometers. IT equipment like laptops, printers, and digital cameras are also included to support daily inspection activities of road transporters, heavy vehicles, and buses carrying passengers and various goods. The equipment and vehicles provided under this contract will be used daily by road transport inspectors for more effective detection and enforcement of transport violations, both on the roads and at the premises of transport companies.
