Norway – Property management services of real estate on a fee or contract basis – Procurement of services for nursery operations

The aim of the procurement is to facilitate private actors in the nursery sector, in line with the City Council ́s ambitions. The procurement is being carried out to ensure the private operation of two nurseries in the Frogner (BFR) district and two nursery schools, the Old Oslo district (BGO). Separate contracts will be signed for the BGO and for BFR. Each district is responsible for following up their own delivery. The actual nurseries in Frogner are in operation and there is a need to maintain the offer for children who have places in nurseries so that the municipality can meet the need for nursery places in the area. The relevant nurseries in Old Oslo are located in a city development area and are important for the municipality to be able to offer social infrastructure to those who move into the new built dwellings. The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with one tenderer per district. The estimated value of each contract is stated below: District Estimated Value Bydel Gamle Oslo NOK 250 million. Frogner district NOK 580 million. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the estimated value is based on the contract ́s provisions on fixed prices and the current distribution between large and small children, cf. the contract ́s point 8.2
