The procurement shall ensure the law courts and the Norwegian Courts Administration stable operation of AV systems, procurement of AV systems and accompanying services, and support the entity's strategic objective of ensuring stable and flexible AV systems. In recent years, the law courts have undergone comprehensive developments towards digital ways of working and services. The contracting authority has a clear expectation that this development will continue and the contract shall provide support for such a development.
