Norway – Data services – New system for road planning in Fredrikstad

The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a contract for the procurement of a new system for road planning in the municipality. The road network in Fredrikstad municipality requires extensive maintenance work. An increasing maintenance lag will require major future investments. Inadequate maintenance will lead to a further increase in the maintenance lag. Fredrikstad municipality therefore needs good management tools so that good, efficient and rational management with good priorities is based on economic gains. The system is requested to be delivered as a SaaS system.
