Germany – Computer-related services – Modernisation of Physical Security Systems

The European Patent Office (EPO) is seeking a service provider to assist with the implementation of a unified, integrated physical security solution, consolidating multiple separate components—such as access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection—currently managed through a Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) platform. The required service aims to modernize and consolidate the EPO’s fragmented security environment into a single, scalable, automated, and centrally managed SaaS-based platform, based on a Genetec solution, to be deployed across all EPO sites. This will set the stage for a more unified and efficient security infrastructure.
