Norway – Furniture (incl. office furniture), furnishings, domestic appliances (excl. lighting) and cleaning products – White goods and small electrical appliances

Nordre Follo municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement and delivery of white goods and small electrical appliances, mainly schools, nurseries, administrative units and in private households where the Contracting Authority is responsible for the procurement of the goods. By private households we mean housing under the auspices of the refugee service and the municipality ́s sheltered accommodations. The contract also includes service procurements such as assembly/installation and disassembly of goods as needed (call-offs). The contracting authority has previously had a framework agreement in this area. An analysis of the consumption on the previous framework agreement has been NOK 8,100,000,-. The contracting authority estimates a consumption of NOK 10- 11 million in the new framework agreement. The stated quantity does not represent any purchasing obligation for the Contracting Authority. Changes in technological development, reorganisation as well as. budget and routines can affect the total volume and can result in the amount being higher or lower in the previous period.
