The contracting authority, the medical service in Søndre Land kommune, intends to enter into a contract with Pridok As, without a prior competition to procure a system for web-based electronic patient journals (EPJ). This choice is based on market surveys that suggest that there are no other tenderers with a complete system that covers the contracting authority ́s needs. The contracting authority is required, among other things, to meet the requirements to be cloud-based and web-based without the need to install on-premises installations. The requirement is fulfilled by logging in to the three most frequently used browsers on the market. The system shall ensure security requirements in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including logging, event handling and secure-by-design. The chosen system shall have total responsibility for migration from the existing EPJ, with the correct placement of all data. And EPJ shall have comprehensive integrations with national health services. The estimated contract value is NOK 873,672,000 excluding VAT.
