Norway – Administration services – Hearing system for visit registration

Stavanger municipality shall procure a system for visitor registration for the main administration. The municipality ́s administration is currently spread out as the number of different buildings and locations, some of which are located at a manpower counter, whilst others do not. The aim of the hearing is to confirm whether tenderers can fulfil the requirements, as well as uncover any uncertainties or need for adjustments before the final tender documentation is published.
