The proposed project entails the renovation of the ground floor of the former Dublin City Council Housing Depot building, along with bringing corridor space in the annex area into use as part of a one of the rental units. This project is also to repair and replace the external guttering for the building, to internally insulate the buildings walls and ceiling spaces and replace all windows and doors.
